As I started to think about this week's menu I had several things on my mind that you are probably thinking about too!
- next week is Thanksgiving which meals HUGE meals filled with carbs., sweets and turkey
- this weather makes we want to bake, cook warm soups and stews and be lazy
- if I plan to be healthy, I will be healthy.
With that in mind I look forward to big indulgent meals with family but excited to work for them with exercise and some green meals this week.
