I love to cook but some weeks just get so busy that it's hard to find motivation to make healthy choices especially when it comes to dinner. During weeks that I know we will be busy I try to plan menus that make my life easier.
1. I plan meals that are easy to make, quick, simple ingredients little to no prep.
2. I pick things I know I love so that I look forward to eating them.
3. I try to choose at least 1 crockpot meal because they are ready when I get home and usually provide extra leftovers.
Making dinner can seem like the last thing you want to do after a long hard day at work but if you plan ahead and make healthy choices you will not regret it.
Tuesday: Lemon rosemary chicken
Wednesday: Healthy Cauliflower buffalo bites
Thursday: Turkey burgers
Friday: dinner for a friend's birthday!
